What if every client felt like the only client? My buyers, sellers and investors know that I provide a level of service unmatched in a crowded and competitive industry. I don’t just close deals. I nurture relationships. My plan is not to expand my client base—I want to deepen it.

A Creative Approach

Listing a home—or searching the listings—is not enough. For sellers, I identify and target the right buyers, invent compelling ways to grab their attention and show each home to its best advantage. For buyers, I research their entire target market—not just what’s on sale—to find their dream home. And investors know I don’t just see opportunities. I create them.

My 16 years of experience as a real estate broker as well as my earning the CRS and GRI designations have given me a powerful skill set. My clients benefit from these unique experiences and areas of expertise.

A Clear Focus

My real estate brokerage business is concentrated on:

  • Identifying, marketing and selling single-family homes, investment properties and condominiums along the Front Range.
  • Promoting sellers’ interests by proactively and aggressively marketing homes, and actively seeking out buyers specifically targeted for those homes.
  • Representing buyers by canvassing the inventory of homes and land in their market, whether these homes are currently listed for sale or not.
  • Providing a level of professional expertise, personalized service and proven success to match my clients’ diverse needs and busy lives.
